As a Trainer - if there is one issue which really annoys us and puts you on the back foot its 'Preparation', or the sheer lack of it. We are always amazed by the number of people who pay in excess of £150 for a course and when asked they admit to not having done any serious preparation work for it. Why??? We dispair!
